weights, running or even walking a mile?
You wouldn’t
That’s why I utilize stretching to maximize weight loss and get the best
out of your body when it comes to exercise!
When you unlock your body with proper stretching, weight loss will come naturally.
But look, I didn’t make it this far in my career by JUST using stretching exercises.
